It is now over a year since you completed my kitchen – so this may well be the most belated Thank You card that you have received. In a way, however, it may be a good thing – as there has been time for everything to settle down. Thank you for all that the team contributed to making the installation such a happy and easeful experience. For the meticulous planning and professionalism, the complex installation work and the thoughtful and friendly relationship we were able to sustain from beginning to end. I am the envy of everyone who sees it, even those who recently had new kitchens installed.

Never Encountered Anything Like The Truly Exceptional Service

Over the years we have used many professional companies and services, but we have never encountered anything like the truly exceptional service we have had from New Kitchens.
We are really delighted with the finished kitchen which we anticipated to be quite a stressful experience as we knew we would be without a kitchen for a couple of weeks and the project involved knocking down a wall between our kitchen and dining room and the replacement of floors and ceilings. We were completely wrong as everything was organised for us and they even set up a temporary small kitchen for us to use while the usual one was out of commission.
Without exception everyone we met from New Kitchens was a pleasure to deal with and the fitting team of neil and grant were outstanding in their professionalism and attention to detail. The whole job was project managed for us and they used their own recommended plasterer and electrician so everything went smoothly and we didn’t have to wait for other specialists to come in. All the guys were considerate, clean and tidy and a pleasure to have in our house.
Several times they went the extra mile for us with extra personal touches like neil coming over in the evening to reinstall the toilet for us when he knew we were anxious about not having one. Claire drove round our house to bring a late arriving sink so that it could be fitted for us in time for the weekend.
The whole job was finished in half the time we anticipated and as we look back it couldn’t have gone any better thanks to the team’s excellent work, professionalism and dedication. The design which Rachael patiently produced for us is a pleasure to use and works and looks brilliant. We cannot praise you all enough and would wholeheartedly recommend New Kitchens without any hesitation. Thank you. Julie and clive

Towards the end of the last year I was singing the praises of our local tradespeople individually recognising them for the absolutely fabulous work that they had carried out in our house.
Naturally, when we decided to put in a new kitchen earlier this year we asked for recommendations, as a friend of ours had been badly served by a so called tradesman. We only had one firm and one fitters name given to us and I have a great delight in sharing it with you, New Kitchens from Shefford. Plans drawn up to our satisfaction promptly, a definite date for starting and finishing. This was surprising as there was a great deal of work including removing existing kitchen, ceiling, wall tiles etc.
We are the proud owners of a superb new kitchen, started on time and completed on time, first class workmanship with absolutely minimum disruption, you cannot ask for more. I would recommend New kitchens to anyone in confidence that a perfect job will be the result

We had our kitchen fitted by New Kitchens nearly 13 years ago and it still looks as good as new. The design has not dated and we have been delighted that our money was spent wisely – you really do get what you pay for. You have continued to provide us with aftercare and ongoing support, you assisted us in changing the handles and now the kitchen tap, which have needed replacing simply because they have got to the end of their lifetime.
